I am studying hard with resources such as Dreamhack, Pwnable.kr, Lazenca, and Windows Internals.
For Pwnable, I studied on sites like pwn.college, pwnable.tw, pwnable.xyz, etc.
For Real-World, I am studying through CVE, 1-Day Case analysis, etc. and hunting for CVE.
